Mandatory Quality Requirements
for External Providers

1. The Organization shall implement a qualified Quality Management System
2. The Organization shall use customer -designated or approved external providers, including process sources (special processes)
3. CEM shall be notified of non-conforming processes, products, or services and obtain approval for their disposition
4. These quality clauses will be flowed- down to any and all external providers
5. Must have a counterfeit Risk Mitigation policy
6. CEM Ltd shall be notified of any changes to processes, products, or services, including changes of their external providers or location of manufacture, and obtain the CEM Ltd.’s approval.
7. Suppliers shall flow down to external providers applicable requirements including customer requirements.
8. Provide test specimens for design approval, inspection/verification, investigation, or auditing.
9. Required documented information shall be retained for a period of 7 years.
10. The right of access by CEM Ltd, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.
11. Ensure that all persons are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity; product safety; and the importance of ethical behavior
12. No Pink Poly or packing peanuts are allowed in the packaging of any shipment to CEM
13. ESD precautions and labeling are required per ANSI 20/20
14. Moisture Sensitive Devices will be marked and labeled per JEDEC Std 033D
